New Director of Adult Services reached out directly to ask if SAH could assist them across all aspects of housing in the County. A second meeting is imminent with relevant Director’s and Commissioners.

Working closely with an established provider of Homeless accommodation to collaboratively address the huge demand across the area. Multiple local authorities will be involved.

We have already completed one project in the County and have a strong relationship with a number of the commissioners. Key demand in the County is for Transforming Care and Supported Living.

Large demand and pipeline with evidenced need. Working closely and in collaboration with a specific provider, and currently have the first development underway.

Very strong relationship here with a local authority in which we have finished building a flagship supported living service. They have engaged from day one of our relationship and continue to do so.

This is a growing county for us with a number of opportunities at varying stages.

We have a strong relationship with the Head of Service for Accommodation Needs in the City. He has shared with us their internal documents for current and future demand leading to 2030.

Multiple spec sheets completed by the Commissioners for Children’s Services. A number of properties with them for review currently, and have attended an engagement event with the Local Authority.

Multiple properties have been identified in collaboration with the Commissioners. First development due for completion April 2021, with a further four developments all starting in 2021.

Property under construction after full collaboration with the Local Authority. Has demand identified, likes the property, has provided the rents and has a preferred Provider for us to work with. We also have a full Nominations and Void agreement in place for the term of the 25 year lease.

Strong relationships with the Commissioners, and also contracting team. We have recently purchased a property which has full Commissioner Support.

This is the largest secure hospital in the UK, and also houses the biggest women’s secure unit. They have offered direct support to our project in Yorkshire and have been involved in the design phase also.

Solid relationships with the Commissioner responsible for Supported Living with a direct request and support in place. Working closely with a specific Care Provider...first project is under due diligence.

Working closely with the Commissioners to address the issues faced within Children’s Services.

We were invited to speak with senior members of the Partnership to look at working collaboratively to address hospital bed demand and bed blocking.

We have a strong relationship with the main Commissioner for the City, and are actively working on a number of opportunities in collaboration with her and Providers.

Have already presented SAH to their Senior Commissioning Team which went well, and has now led to further discussions around specific projects which would see us as a Preferred Special Partner.

We have been in discussions with the Senior Development Manager around the need for specialist accommodation for those with Mental Health support requirements, as well as Guardianship.

We have a direct relationship with Head of Mental Health Services and The Complex Case Manager. They have been in full support of our project in Muir Of Ord, and have been involved in design.

Working closely with the Commissioners, they have identified a specific need for more complex users with the Transforming Care cohort. Part of an ongoing process with strong relationships in place.
