Our internal team is constantly looking to work and build relationships with Agents, Landowners, Builders, Insolvency Practitioners and other Key partners right across the UK.
Highly competitive introducer fees are regularly paid out and these are complemented by an evergreen deal flow for partners who are able to supply what we need.
Typical property types.
The typical types of properties that our Procurement team are looking for include:
Existing Blocks of Apartments – Ideally stand alone with parking
Existing Apartments – These must be at least 40sq m
Vacant Care Homes – Ideally no more than two storeys
Hotels/Guest Houses - Suitable for conversion into apartments
Single Storey Buildings - Suitable for conversion into apartments
Large Detached Houses in Rural Locations
Land with, or without planning permission
Buildings ideally from the mid 90’s onwards
Properties land that is close to amenities and bus routes
Off road parking / garden space
It should also be noted that Safe As Houses Care are equipped and able to take Section 106 headaches away from developers and have devised a specific program to enable this for either affordable or supported living.
