Very strong relationship here with a local authority in which we have finished building a flagship supported living service. We had our most successful workshop’s with members of Housing, Commissioning, Governance, Housing Benefit, Procurement and Social Work all in attendance. They have engaged from day one of our relationship and continue to do so. They have been integral in the design and layout of the service, and have backed
that up with a full Nominations and Voids agreement for the term of the 25 year lease. We have also discussed additional demand within the borough, and they have admitted that they would like us to develop this for them due to our collaborative approach. Their immediate demand is for Extra Care, Specialist and General Needs within bungalow style accommodation. They are currently assessing their exact demand and numbers, then coming back to us so we can put forward a collaborative proposal.
