Safe As Houses are delighted to announce the handover of our first Ofsted registered residential children’s service in Kent to PCCG Ltd, this will provide an increase to the county’s capacity by five beds.


Safe As Houses received full engagement from Kent County Council, the referring Local Authority throughout delivery of the project.


Completion could not have been possible without the close collaboration received by the Care Operator – PCCG Ltd, Architects – ADC Ltd and Construction Partners – Balmont Ltd.


The property has been carefully designed to accommodate children with a range of needs including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Learning Disability and / or Autism.


Comprising of five double bedrooms each containing a bed, desk, wardrobe and a chest of draws, one has an ensuite shower and w/c and one has a large ensuite with separate bath and shower as well as a w/c. The remaining three bedrooms share a large bathroom with walk in shower, w/c and double vanity hand basin. The property also has a large living and dining area, separate computer/study room, a large kitchen with separate utility room and a vast rear garden. The balance of private bedrooms with shared spaces offer flexibility to tailor to a variety of needs and create a nurturing environment for the children that will live here.
