Safe As Houses are delighted to present this large fully detached property situated in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. We converted it into a fit for purpose home for up to 5 individuals with complex Autism care needs.
The main house contains 4 separate bedroom units, each with an ensuite shower room and access to the spacious shared kitchen, dining area and lounge. The fifth unit is a self-contained apartment including a fully fitted kitchen a sitting room and a generously sized bedroom with an ensuite shower room. A staff area is located on the first floor.

Sustainable features, fittings and renewable energy/heating technology are complete throughout the home.
