Natalya joins Safe As Houses having previously worked at a leading national law firm. She has serviced the housing sector since 2014 and has developed excellent relationships with her client base of registered providers, local councils, and developers.
Working collaboratively with internal development and planning teams, she has managed site set ups with experience in various tenure types. This includes shared ownership leases (apartments, houses elderly persons, DPA leases, including the new and old-style model lease) outright sale residential leases and transfer deeds. Natalya has also been successful in managing the plot sale programmes for a number of Registered Provider (RP) clients and their commercial subsidiaries. She also has managed the client relationship for a large national RP and the team of lawyers who serviced their asset management work.
Feeling aligned with the Safe As Houses ethos of enhancing the lives of society’s most vulnerable by helping to alleviate the severe lack of care housing, she is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to an in-house role with Safe As Houses.
In her spare time, she can be found exploring with her Springer Spaniel in a bid to (but failing at) tiring him out. She is also a keen traveller and has partaken in a Spanish exchange programme and volunteered in South Africa and Swaziland.
