Business Development Manager - Homeless Services

For many years, Chris has wanted to put his extensive experience and passion for property to serve the greater good. In particular, he has sought to make a change within the homeless sector, having lived in and around the Northwest of England and seen at first hand, the impact of homelessness on communities affected by it.

Having shared values with Safe as Hours Care and with similar visions for the wider care sector, it was an easy decision for Chris to join our company and take up an important role within our Business Development team.

Chris spent the past decade working in the investment property sector. He started out with investments in Dubai and then moved on to residential investment property in the UK. In between, he has also launched a wine preservation system business that had clients like Gordon Ramsay Group and Hotel du Vin. Chris launched the business in the UK and became a director and shareholder of the business within only two years. More recently, Chris worked for a large residential property management company advising large development clients on their new schemes and management strategies.

Outside of work, Chris spends time with his family, his wife Jacey and their two young girls. He also enjoys watching rugby and in particular the annual Six Nations tournament.
