Safe As Houses are delighted to present this development the Greater Manchester area. Local Authorities, Commissioners and The NHS have placed independent living as a key target for service users and residents.
This project is a great example of one which promotes independent living in the Care sector.
Unicorn House is a two-storey detached building, originally built as a factory and later converted. The site was last used as a gym and has plans to convert into 14 units. We are exploring options for this to include residential uses.
