Are you an experienced Data Analyst or Administrator? Do you have an eye for detail and a keen interest in data management? If so, then this could be for you.

 

Join Safe as Houses Care as a Data Administrator, where you will enjoy remote working as you work 37 hours a week. You'll be expected to travel across the UK for regular meetings (usually monthly/bi-monthly).

 

You will have a methodical and organised approach as you will manually review, update, and input data into SAHPI's systems for data cleaning purposes to support projects and day-to-day business activities. You will also assist in the extraction and redaction of customer data in accordance with GDPR regulations. 

 

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining all business database inputs. This will see you glean data from various reporting sources and collate this into the relevant databases. 

 

From the point of application through to completion, you will provide efficient and accurate administration of data. This will see you support the development of databases and tools, including creating, editing, and maintaining pivot tables from database views to facilitate reporting.  

 

At SAHPI, you will be part of the R&D team, which is led by the Research & Development Manager and includes a Business Analyst, Data Admin and three Research and Impact Officers. You'll be part of a wider team that has a strong commitment to creating a positive working environment and rewarding those for excellent performance. 

What you will be doing:

As a Data Administrator, you will need:

  • To collate, organise and store all relevant raw data into various digital formats

  • Monitor and update all databases and data tools on a regular basis to ensure data quality and compliance

  • Analyse all data activity, driving efficiency and optimising database and system usage. 

  • Report to key stakeholders internally offering and executing proactive recommendations for improvement relating to databases and systems

  • Monitor the accuracy and integrity of the incoming data by becoming the gateway between the data and the wider team.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access (specifically V Lookup is desired)

  • Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design

  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to issues

  • Good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills

  • Experience in the Social Care or Property sectors is advantageous
