The Affordable Housing Team partners with Local Authorities, Registered Providers and Housing Associations to provide much needed accommodation in this sector.
Working in close collaboration with all stakeholders, they bring forward innovative and affordable housing solutions, which are people-focused and designed to give individuals a true place to call home.
R&D
Through our R&D Teams, we understand the scope and cost to Local Authorities of using temporary accommodation, and that often this is not housed in area. Our work to date with Local Authorities is based around bringing people back into their local area, saving the Local Authority money, and improving the quality of accommodation that Local Authorities have access to.
Funding
Our bespoke funding arrangements provide our solution with an affordability unmatched in the industry, and gives our Local Authority partners a cost effective, long term housing solution. We have designed our funding to create significant savings for our Local Authority partners, whilst creating
sustainable developments.
Standards
The Property Team base the procurement of our projects on strict, agreed upon criteria, often focusing on accommodation for families, with amenity space and outdoor areas. We work to exceed National Space Standards, and ensure that our developments are finished to the required standard of ourselves and our partners.
UK Wide
We work nationally, and are able to bring forward both completed and new build developments for our partners, often working in partnership to
complete projects.
